Here is the note we received from Tricia:

Dear Fledgling Birdathon Team,

I would like to thank you for your contributions to the Birdathon Scholarship.  I am honored to have been chosen for the award and thank everyone involved.  The scholarship will definitely help me in my college endeavors and is very much appreciated.
