Enjoy free admission at Audubon and at several other locations around town during this annual free-admission event designed to help you know your own home town! Here’s what the chamber of commerce had to say about the event last year:
The Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting the event along with the Fenton History Center, Jamestown Audubon Society and Nature Center, the Lucille Ball-Desi Arnaz Center, the Robert H. Jackson Center, the Roger Tory Peterson Institute, the Reg Lenna Civic Center and the Chautauqua Sports Hall of Fame.
Each of the museums and attractions is holding drawings and contributing to a grand prize basket that will be raffled off at the end of the event. Doors Open is an international event that focuses on encouraging local residents to take advantage of their area attractions. Whether your interest is in nature, art, history, sports or famous hometown personalities, Doors Open offers something of interest for everyone.
